In 1986, Sterling Bay Companies was formed in the Wrigleyville neighborhood of Chicago with a focus on rehabbing three flat residential buildings. In the 1990's, Sterling Bay began to transform sleepy turn of the century commercial buildings into vibrant centers for office, retail, and light industrial users.
