Sterling Bay is building a state of the art medical office building on behalf of Loyola University Health System, who will anchor the development. Sterling Bay anticipates construction completion in the 4th quarter of 2010, with Loyola University Health System occupying its space in February 2011. 35,000 square feet of premier medical office space on the third floor is still available for lease.
