Sterling Bay completely renovated the former headquarters of the Chicago Housing Authority into a multi-tenant class A loft building. Capital improvements began immediately upon purchase and included sandblasting, tuck pointing, roof replacement, full lobby renovation, façade repairs, and mechanical systems overhaul. The total project cost was approximately $15 million. At 18 months after purchase, the property is over 83% leased or sold.
