Scott founded Sterling Bay in 1986 after acting as COO of his family’s contracting business. He focuses on investor relations, procurement of financing, and deal structuring. Scott earned a BS in Economics from University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, with concentrations in marketing and finance. He is the chair of Heartland Alliance and the PKD Foundation. Scott has three children and lives in Highland Park.
